Saudia tops Ipsos Reputation Monitor 2023 as most trusted organization

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has secured the top position in the Ipsos Saudi Arabia Reputation Monitor 2023 Survey, earning the title of the Most Trusted Organization among 80 brands in the Kingdom.

The Ipsos survey utilized an index to measure the level of trust among organizations in Saudi Arabia, with 100 representing the average trust level of an organization. In this survey, the highest-scoring organization achieved a score of 177, while the lowest scored 64.

Ipsos, a global leader in market research, analyzed key factors contributing to a strong corporate reputation, focusing on pillars such as advocacy, trust, favorability, familiarity, and awareness.

Khaled Tash, Chief Marketing Officer of Saudia Group, expressed, “The achievement of Saudia in securing the first place in the Ipsos 2023 Reputation Monitor stands as a testament to the success of our new strategic approach that emphasizes improving and enhancing guest experience while optimally investing in digital solutions."

He further emphasized Saudia's commitment to contributing to the goals of Vision 2030, particularly in the aviation, tourism, and culture sectors. Tash highlighted the significance of trust and reputation as critical metrics for Saudia, emphasizing the airline's dedication to excellence and representing the Kingdom positively on the global stage.

This recognition affirms Saudia's efforts in building a strong reputation and fostering trust among its stakeholders, reflecting the airline's commitment to providing a positive and reliable experience for its passengers.
