In collaboration with global professional services firm Accenture, Saudia's Travel Companion is poised to revolutionize how travelers engage with the airline, offering personalized and tailored solutions that cater to individual preferences and needs. One of its key features is the ability to provide search results from trusted and authenticated sources, complemented by image-supported responses.
The Travel Companion is designed as a comprehensive one-stop solution, enabling users to seamlessly book concierge services such as hotels, transportation, restaurants, activities, and attractions without the hassle of switching between multiple platforms. Moreover, it establishes seamless connections with transportation platforms and various train companies, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted travel experience.
In its upcoming stages, Saudia plans to introduce additional features to the Travel Companion, including voice command capabilities and digital payment solutions. The platform will also offer global access through an always-on Travel Companion accessible via a telecom e-SIM card provided by Saudia, eliminating the reliance on external internet providers. Users can also purchase data packages for additional applications, ensuring continuous access to the platform's services throughout their journey.
