Under Savola Group's ("Savola") dividend policy, and in light of the Board of Directors' suggestion to issue rights to fortify the company's financial position and facilitate the distribution to shareholders of Savola's entire stake in Almarai Company, Savola hereby announces the Board of Directors' decision to forgo cash dividend payments for the year 2023.
