The total number of beneficiaries for SBC services has soared to an impressive 24,000 individuals. Additionally, a staggering 59,860 entities have reaped the benefits of the Business Platform services. In a recent announcement, the platform revealed that it has an impressive array of 65,152 value-added services available to the business sector. Among these services, one of the most crucial is the ability to issue and amend commercial registrations.
In a recent report, it was revealed that the SBC call center has received an impressive total of 63,735 inquiries, both through phone calls and various social media platforms. This significant number highlights the growing reliance on these channels for seeking information and assistance. Furthermore, the report also sheds light on the remarkable success of the Qawaem program, as it has managed to review over 10,200 financial statements.
