Riyadh, December 07, 2023, The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) successfully concluded its first Hackathon with Data Fusion in the Medical Field, focusing on the development of artificial intelligence applications. The hackathon, conducted in collaboration with Stanford University, took place over four days at the National Center for Artificial Intelligence in Riyadh. More than 40 participants, guided by experts from SDAIA and Stanford University, worked on finding advanced technical solutions to enhance the use of various data types for improving disease treatment. The winners received cash prizes, with the first-place winner awarded SAR 30,000.
