Riyadh, February 13, 2024, The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) has announced the establishment of the Center of Excellence in Congestion Solutions Using Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This center is dedicated to the development of intelligent solutions for various government entities in the Kingdom, aiming to enhance the quality of life for urban residents.
The announcement took place during the Global Smart City Forum, themed "A Better Life," organized by SDAIA at the Arena Center in Riyadh. The newly established center focuses on leveraging data and AI technologies to support initiatives aimed at reducing congestion and improving traffic flow in urban areas.
