Jeddah, May 13, 2024, Preparations are under way for the launch of the second edition of the Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership (SEREDO) 2024 in Jeddah on Tuesday following the success of the pilot exhibition held early in 2023.
The key event that focuses on the housing and property investment opportunities is being held at Jeddah Center for Forums and Events from May 14 through 17.
The exhibition will gather leading real-estate developers and real-estate offices as well as the largest banks and national banks, and in the presence of elite senior officials, financing agencies, decision makers, experts, and specialists in the real-estate field.
During the four-day exhibition, 55 participants seek to transfer best practices and experiences in the field of real-estate development, promote digital transformation, and build local and international partnerships.
Running in parallel with the exhibition, a series of seminars is scheduled. Designed for both industry professionals and private investors, they will discuss the arts of negotiation for real-estate brokers, developments in the real-estate market and analysis of trends, and the importance of the national address in developing the real-estate sector.
The event includes special symposiums on the world of geospatial data and its impact on building serious horizons in real estate, methods of professionalizing auctions for workers in the real-estate sector, entrepreneurship and innovation in the real-estate market, and real-estate funds and their impact on the real estate market.
The real-estate development and ownership sector in the Kingdom is considered one of the largest growing sectors in the Middle East. Its volume is estimated at approximately $69.51 billion in 2024, and is expected to reach $101.62 billion by 2029, with a compound annual growth rate of 8% expected in 2024-2029.
