Beirut, October 19, 2024 – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to extend its humanitarian outreach to Lebanon as the seventh relief plane of the Saudi air bridge, organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), landed at Rafic Hariri International Airport today. The plane arrived carrying essential food, shelter, and medical supplies, aimed at supporting the Lebanese people amid ongoing crises.

This relief effort is being conducted under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The humanitarian initiative reflects the Kingdom's ongoing commitment to providing aid to those in need, further strengthening its role as a leading global supporter of humanitarian causes.

The Saudi air bridge is part of a broader campaign by KSrelief to assist Lebanon in overcoming the various challenges it faces. By delivering much-needed resources, this aid offers vital support to Lebanese communities affected by economic hardship and other crises. The supplies delivered include food packages, medical equipment, and materials for temporary shelter, which will be distributed to those most affected.

This initiative reaffirms Saudi Arabia’s solidarity with the Lebanese people and reflects the Kingdom's dedication to offering assistance during times of need. The relief efforts, which have spanned several flights, illustrate the deep bonds of friendship and cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
