Riyadh, September 22, 2023, The National Day of the Kingdom is a national holiday for all Kuwaitis, according to Sheikh Sabah Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the State of Kuwait's ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On the occasion of the country's 93rd National Day, Sheikh Sabah sent his warmest congratulations to the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Saudi people. Sheikh Nasser described the close ties between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in a press statement published by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
He stated, "Under the supreme patronage of the two wise leaderships, these relations have established their foundations for generations and have been proven over time." He expressed his happiness at celebrating National Day with Saudi Arabia, the big sister, the cornerstone of the Gulf House, and the beating heart of Arabism. He emphasized that the Kingdom has distinguished itself since its founding by taking honorable positions on all Arab and Islamic issues and by playing a significant humanitarian role in aiding all nations affected by disasters and crises around the world. Sheikh Sabah concluded by wishing the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continued development and prosperity.
