The Southern Province Cement Company says that nominations are now being accepted for the next session of the board, which will begin on January 1, 2024, and last for three years. The provisions of the Companies Law, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, the provisions of the company's bylaws, and the controls of the company's Nominations and Remuneration Committee Regulations approved by the General Assembly must all be followed when nominating someone for membership on the board of directors.
At the following General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be made public later, voting will be conducted to elect the nominated members.
