Madinah, November 1, 2023, The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has released a comprehensive statistical report highlighting the services extended to a significant number of 5,613,215 worshippers who congregated at the Prophet's Mosque over the course of the last week, spanning from the 8th to the 15th of Rabi' Al-Thani.

The report underscores a range of essential services delivered, encompassing field and guidance assistance, water and sanitation provisions, transportation facilities, meals for fasting individuals, and the meticulous management of the ingress and egress through a network of 100 gates scattered across the vast expanse of the mosque.

Furthermore, the offerings were designed with inclusivity in mind, catering to the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, communication services were made available in multiple languages to facilitate accessibility for a diverse array of visitors. The mosque's library, museums, and exhibitions also played a significant role, drawing the attention of numerous attendees.

The provision of Zamzam holy water bottles, meals, and guidance services was streamlined through a unified contact number and various communication channels, thus ensuring that visitors to the Prophet's Mosque were well-served and their diverse needs were met with efficiency and dedication.
