Bishkek, November 21, 2023, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) recently completed its volunteer medical program for open-heart surgery and catheterization for adults in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Running from November 10 to 18, the program involved the dedicated efforts of 20 volunteers from diverse medical specialties. The accomplished volunteer medical team conducted 18 open-heart surgeries and 94 therapeutic catheterization procedures, all of which were successful. This initiative is part of KSrelief's ongoing commitment to implementing volunteer medical programs globally, extending vital healthcare services to individuals and families with limited income. The success of this program underscores the Kingdom's dedication to humanitarian efforts and healthcare accessibility on an international scale.
