In an additional disclosure to the announcement made on the Tadawul website on 17/07/1445 AH (corresponding to 29-01-2024 AD) regarding the progress updates of the Ajwan project in Al-Khobar City, a non-binding memorandum of understanding was formally executed on 22-01-2024. The agreement is set to remain in effect until 28-3-2024, and it's noteworthy that there are no involved parties associated with this memorandum.
