In light of Saudi Tadawul Group's approval of Sumou Real Estate Company's (the "Company") request to transition from the Parallel Market to the Main Market on 4-2-1445 H (corresponding to 20-8-2023) and the Company's announcement of the publication of the transition document on 05-02-1445 H (corresponding to 21-8-2023), Sumou Real Estate Company would like to remind investors and shareholders that Sunday, 18-2-1445 H (corresponding to 3-9 2023) is an important date. As a result, starting with the transition procedures, Tadawul will stop trading company shares on Monday, 19-2-1445 H (equivalent to 4-9-2023), and the Exchange will suspend trading the firm's shares for a period of no more than five trading days.
