This initiative streamlines the Hajj journey for international pilgrims by processing visas, collecting biometric data, verifying health requirements, and completing passport procedures at the airport of departure. Pilgrims’ baggage is pre-sorted and coded according to transport and accommodation plans in Saudi Arabia.
Upon arrival, pilgrims are taken directly to their Makkah or Madinah lodgings via coordinated bus transport, with their luggage delivered by partner agencies—eliminating delays and confusion.
Led by the Ministry of Interior and supported by a broad interagency network—including the Ministries of Hajj and Umrah, Health, Foreign Affairs, SDAIA, and others—the initiative embodies the Kingdom’s values of care, efficiency, and spiritual service.
