Tabuk Airport Earns Level Two Customer Experience Accreditation

The Level 2 Airport Customer Experience accreditation has been given to Tabuk's Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz International Airport. The Airports Council International (ACI) assessment, known as the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey, serves as the foundation for accreditation.


The airport received its accreditation in part because of its commitment to interacting with customers, keeping an eye on reviews, and offering top-notch service.

This news was released on August 13, 2024.This accreditation was obtained through the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) study, which was carried out by the Airports Council International (ACI).
