The Third High-Level International Water Action Decade Conference was held during the gathering.
Talks centered on cooperation in the food, beverage, and environmental sectors as well as problems facing the global water sector.
Dushanbe, June 13, 2024. The Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli, met with Tajikistan's President, Emomali Rahmon, in Dushanbe. The Third High-Level International Water Action Decade Conference was taking place when the conference took place. Al-Fadhli welcomed the HRH Crown Prince and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the meeting, and Rahmon welcomed the Saudi authorities as well.
During the discussion, we talked about the importance of collaborative efforts in the water, environment, and food industries, as well as how to strengthen and expand existing relationships. They also deliberated on the current challenges confronting the international water industry. Participants in the conference included Walid Abdulrahman Al-Reshaidan, who serves as the Saudi ambassador to Tajikistan. Al-Fadhli met with ministers and officials from friendly nations to discuss the possibility of working together in the fields of water, agriculture, and the environment. These meetings took place on the sidelines of the conference.
