Regarding the company's declaration from 1444H-10-28, which corresponds to 2023G-05-18,

the advice of the board of directors to decrease the capital of the company and subsequently increase it by issuing priority rights shares for 300,000,000 Saudi Riyals.

Takween Advanced Industries desires to advise its shareholders that it submitted the application file to the CMA in 1445H-02-07 for a rights issue offering to enhance the capital by 300,000,000 Saudi Riyals. in accordance with 2023G-08-23
