The Impact Makers Forum (ImpaQ) launched in Riyadh under the patronage of Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary, attracting over 1,500 local and international influencers and experts.

Riyadh, December 19, 2024 – The highly anticipated Impact Makers Forum (ImpaQ) officially launched today at the Mayadeen Conference Hall in Diriyah under the esteemed patronage of Saudi Arabia's Minister of Media, Salman Al-Dossary. The event, attracting over 1,500 influencers, industry experts, and thought leaders from across the globe, opened with a mesmerizing theatrical performance titled "The Butterfly Effect," which seamlessly blended expressive arts with cutting-edge scenography.

The opening performance captivated the audience with its profound symbolism and emotional depth. More than 100 Saudi artists, alongside ten international performers, brought the concept of impact and interconnected human relationships to life. The piece began with a stirring scene symbolizing human awakening, accompanied by rising music and powerful performances. This artistic expression sought to portray the cumulative power of influence in shaping lives and societies. Through the use of dynamic lighting, moving mirrors, and contemporary costumes, the performance conveyed both the positive and negative aspects of human impact. The performance culminated in a poignant display where performers, holding flowers of hope, underscored the transformative power of human influence, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Adding to the cultural richness of the evening, the opening ceremony also featured a stunning display of Saudi heritage. A group of performers from the southern region of the Kingdom showcased a traditional folkloric art form, creating a rhythmic performance with daggers and dancers’ feet that celebrated the deep cultural roots of the Kingdom. This fusion of modern art and rich tradition served to highlight the Kingdom’s diverse cultural identity and its significant contributions to global arts and creativity.

The two-day ImpaQ forum, which continues throughout the week, is designed to serve as an international platform for influencers and creatives to share their experiences and ideas through engaging sessions, panels, and workshops. This influential gathering aims to inspire real and lasting change by fostering a dialogue on the ways in which individuals and communities can create a meaningful impact through creativity, innovation, and collaboration. The forum underscores Saudi Arabia's growing role as a hub for global cultural exchange and innovation, aligning with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals of stimulating creativity, leadership, and thought leadership across various fields.
