The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, under the General Presidency, has completed its preparation to assist pilgrims in seven regions.


- The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice (CPVPV) has provided fifty awareness centers and field sites with the capacity to accommodate the pilgrims of Hajj within Makkah and Madinah.


- The CPVPV has handed out three million identity cards and various awareness tools to make the Hajj experience better and promote the Sharia-compliant rituals.


- The CPVPV has entered into cooperation agreements with institutions working at airports, railway stations, and other sites around the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque to provide services to the pilgrims.



The CPVPV has completed its arrangements to offer its services to the pilgrims at fifty awareness centers and field sites in seven significant areas of Makkah and Madinah as well as the land border crossing. This was reported on 5th of June 2024 in Makkah, and in addition to its widespread, it is reported that the CPVPV distributed three million identity cards with the unified number of the service provider, four hundred tools for awareness, fifty stationary and mobile broadcast devices for the continuous interactive awareness service, and three mobile awareness means. All these tools and means are to provide, and enhance the experience of, the Hajj by promoting spirituality among pilgrims and offering Sharia-compliant rituals.


The CPVPV has signed agreements with organizations that can render services to pilgrims since they can activate their platforms and technical services at five international airports, three stations on the Haramain High Speed Railway, and three locations close to the expansions of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.


Some of the written, audio and visual materials and more than 1,300 in number and translated into 15 different foreign languages. The CPVPV also designated a number of more than 800 in terms of field and administrative, as well as translators that have outstandingly great competencies and skills to accomplish the Hajj plan.


The CPVPV launched an integrated system of technical services, digital projects, initiatives, and qualitative partnerships. Examples of these services, projects and initiatives include the Mabroor application, which has two operating systems, as well as the Hajj, Umrah, and Visit platforms. They also included the digital interactive platform, 3D augmented reality technology, QR CODE technology, chatbot technology, Wi-Fi technology, NFC, interactive maps, the Shawahid Initiative, and the Tajweed Initiative.
