Port Sudan, December 22, 2024 – In a significant diplomatic development, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji, inaugurated the new consular section at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Sudan. The ceremony, which marked a key milestone in enhancing bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Sudan, was attended by the Acting Foreign Minister of the Republic of Sudan, Ali Youssef.


The opening of the consular section is expected to further strengthen the ties between the two nations, providing a vital service to Saudi citizens residing in Sudan and facilitating smoother diplomatic and consular procedures.
