Aden, Yemen, January 06, 2025 — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully concluded a vital voluntary medical training program aimed at enhancing life-saving skills in Yemen. Focused on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the program was conducted in Aden Governorate and ran from December 21 to December 28, 2024. During the week-long initiative, KSrelief's expert volunteer team delivered five training sessions, imparting essential CPR techniques to a total of 57 participants.
This initiative is part of KSrelief’s broader effort to improve the medical capabilities of healthcare providers in Yemen, addressing critical gaps in emergency medical care. The program, which provided hands-on CPR training, aimed to equip local medical professionals with the life-saving skills necessary to respond to emergencies and save lives in an environment where healthcare resources are often limited.
