The Energy Minister meets the U.S. counterpart at KAPSARC.

Riyadh, April 13, 2025, Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz received U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright and his accompanying delegation on Saturday at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh as part of Wright’s official visit to the Kingdom.

 During the visit, Wright was briefed on the Center’s role in advancing research in energy policy, energy transition, climate change, sustainable transport, and advisory services, as well as its development of analytical models and tools that contribute to addressing current challenges in the energy sector.

 The visit included discussions on opportunities for collaboration in energy research, knowledge exchange, and enhancing joint research efforts.
