Makkah, March 7, 2025 – Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah participated in the seventh joint ministerial meeting between the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for the Arab States and the Kingdom of Morocco, which was held in Makkah on Thursday. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, who is also the Chairman of the current session of the GCC Ministerial Council.


The gathering provided an important opportunity for the ministers to discuss ways to further strengthen the already robust historical ties between the GCC countries and Morocco. The discussions centered on enhancing the strategic partnership between the two sides, particularly across key sectors such as trade, investment, security, and cultural cooperation. Both parties acknowledged the importance of deepening collaboration to foster mutual prosperity and stability in the region.


During the meeting, the ministers expressed their shared commitment to reinforcing bilateral relations, focusing on the growing significance of cooperation in economic, political, and social arenas.
