The General Authority of Real Estate in Saudi Arabia shares its experiences at the FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Singapore.


Legislative experiences and practices achieved by Saudi Arabia in the real estate sphere are being exported to other nations.


At the 74th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, in Singapore, the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Real Estate General Authority delivered these statements.


There were discussions held between the REGA delegation and key figures from the international real estate business. The purpose of these sessions was to discuss expertise in real estate development as well as laws.



The second of June, 2024, in Singapore Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, CEO of the Saudi Real Estate General Authority, said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has started exporting its legislative experiences and practices in the real estate field to a number of countries that have praised Saudi expertise, particularly in the areas of real estate legislation and rental operations regulation. This is a statement that was made by Eng. Al-Hammad.These observations were given by him while he was leading the REGA delegation at the 74th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, which took place in Singapore and came to a close today. Eng. Al-Hammad noted that all government agencies in the Kingdom participating in the digital transformation made substantial contributions to the effective automation of operational procedures for REGA-supervised real estate programs and operations.


He was able to meet with a number of influential figures from the international real estate industry, including representatives from both the government and the private sector, in order to discuss a variety of legislation and experiences in the field of real estate development. This was made possible as a result of his participation in the event. At the same time that the activities of the conference were taking place, there were a number of meetings that took place simultaneously. One of these meetings was with the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore. Both organisations are located in Singapore. These seminars were held to investigate real estate policy and governance practices and experiences from throughout the world.
