On June 7, 2024, in Makkah, the Haji and Mu'tamer's Gift Charity Association "Hadiyah" established a wide variety of programs and projects with the intention of assisting pilgrims on their journey. The association interacts with pilgrims at approximately 266 locations. These destinations include airports, land crossings, and seaports, in addition to Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites of Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Mina. Airports and transportation hubs run by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah are two examples of the areas where they offer services to pilgrims who are departing from the city. According to the CEO of Hadiyah, Turki Al Hetershi, the association intends to provide services to more than 9.8 million pilgrims and visitors who are performing the Hajj and Umrah this year, beginning on the first day of Dhu al-Qa'dah and continuing until the middle of Muharram.

The group is going to provide a wide range of services, such as translation, on-site guidance, reminders of the Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as food and water. This includes both light and cooked meals, in addition to Zamzam water bottles. Hadiyah is going to broaden its hospitality services by accepting pilgrims and hosting them at the association's offices and headquarters. The association will provide guests with traditional Saudi coffee during their stay. Also, Hadiyah will provide pilgrims with one-of-a-kind and innovative goods, making it easier for them to carry out rituals such as kaffara (expiation) and other authorized charity works on their behalf.
