Jeddah, January 18, 2025 – In a significant move aimed at advancing the Hajj experience through cutting-edge technology, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) have officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). This collaboration, announced on the sidelines of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025, focuses on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create innovative digital solutions that will enhance the services provided to pilgrims.
The partnership is designed to streamline the pilgrimage process and elevate the quality of service by leveraging AI-driven technologies.
