The "Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025" is inaugurated by the deputy governor of Makkah, with the support of the custodian of the two holy mosques.

Inaugural Event: Under the patronage of King Salman, Prince Saud bin Mishal inaugurated the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025, held from January 13 to 16 at the Jeddah Superdome, focusing on innovations in Hajj services.

Jeddah, January 14, 2025 – Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Makkah Region Deputy Governor Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz officially inaugurated the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025 on Monday evening. Held at the Jeddah Superdome from January 13 to 16, the event is organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program, a key initiative of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The theme for this year’s conference, “A Passage to Nusuk,” underscores the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to innovate and enhance the Hajj experience for millions of pilgrims who journey to Makkah each year.


Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz opened the event with a tour of the exhibition, which spans an impressive 50,000 square meters. The exhibition focuses on showcasing the latest technological advancements and innovations in Hajj services. These developments aim to enrich the pilgrimage experience by improving logistics, safety, and accessibility, ensuring that pilgrims receive the highest standard of services during their sacred journey. The exhibition features cutting-edge solutions in a range of areas, including transport, healthcare, hospitality, and digital services, all designed to facilitate the movement of pilgrims and address the unique challenges of organizing such a large-scale global event.


The Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025 brings together 280 exhibitors from various sectors, ranging from local and international service providers to key stakeholders in Hajj affairs. Over 100 speakers, including experts from both within the Kingdom and around the world, will lead discussions on the future of Hajj and the strategic initiatives underway to enhance the pilgrimage experience. The event also includes 50 panel discussions focused on diverse topics such as innovation in pilgrimage services, future infrastructure developments, and the role of technology in streamlining the pilgrimage process. These sessions are aimed at shaping the future of sectors related to pilgrims and exploring ways to meet the growing demand for services while maintaining the sanctity and efficiency of the pilgrimage.


With over 150,000 visitors expected, the four-day event is one of the most significant gatherings of professionals, service providers, and experts in the field of Hajj services. It highlights the Kingdom’s commitment to not only improving the pilgrimage experience but also positioning Saudi Arabia as a leader in managing large-scale religious events. Through this exhibition and conference, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah aims to foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange, ensuring that the services offered to pilgrims continue to evolve and meet the highest standards of excellence.


The event aligns with Saudi Vision 2030’s broader goals to modernize and diversify the Kingdom’s economy, while enhancing the quality of services provided to the millions of pilgrims who visit the Holy Cities each year.
