The fourth Hajj Conference and Exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, concluded in Jeddah with over 100 countries, 300 exhibitors, and 150 speakers, focusing on innovative solutions and digital transformation in the Hajj sector.

Jeddah, January 18, 2025 – The fourth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, aptly themed "A Passage to Nusuk," concluded yesterday in Jeddah after a four-day event that brought together experts, service providers, and stakeholders from around the world. Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, the event attracted more than 100 countries, 300 exhibitors, and 150 esteemed speakers, who participated in 75 dialogue sessions, addressing the evolving needs of the Hajj sector.

Dr. Tawfig Al-Rabiah, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, expressed deep appreciation for the unwavering support extended by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. He also extended his gratitude to all those involved in enhancing the pilgrimage experience, reaffirming Saudi Arabia's commitment to facilitating a seamless, enriching Hajj journey for millions of pilgrims each year.

The conference drew nearly 150,000 visitors, including government representatives, service providers, and experts, who gathered to explore innovative solutions and strengthen international collaborations within the Hajj ecosystem. A notable highlight of the event was the Nusuk Masar platform, which allows countries to complete pilgrimage arrangements electronically. This platform is central to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goal of digitizing services and ensuring a streamlined, modern experience for Hajj stakeholders. The conference also delved into key challenges facing the sector, including sustainability, artificial intelligence, and the integration of digital technologies, while showcasing pioneering projects and developments that aim to enhance the pilgrimage experience.

On the sidelines of the conference, landmark agreements were signed with 77 countries, marking the conclusion of extensive preparatory efforts. These included the delivery of 80 initial arrangement documents to Hajj affairs offices globally, as well as 78 preparatory meetings and six workshops. The agreements are designed to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and organization for pilgrims traveling to the Kingdom for Hajj. As part of the finalization process, countries will work within a strict timeline, with the deadline for completing service contracts set for February 14, 2025. These agreements reflect Saudi Arabia's ongoing dedication to providing a seamless, well-organized, and spiritually enriching Hajj experience for Muslims worldwide.

The conclusion of this year’s Hajj Conference and Exhibition marks a significant step toward enhancing the Hajj pilgrimage experience in line with the Kingdom's goals of innovation, sustainability, and global collaboration, ensuring that the Hajj journey remains a profound and transformative experience for Muslims from around the world.
