Al-Baha, April 02, 2025 – The Heritage Commission has launched an initiative to greet and congratulate visitors at Thee Ain Historical Village in Al-Makhwah Governorate, Al-Baha Region, in celebration of Eid Al-Fitr.

The initiative included a hospitality corner where visitors received gifts and detailed information about the region, particularly focusing on Thee Ain Historical Village.

Situated 2,000 meters above sea level, the village is known for its rich history, featuring stone structures with juniper wood roofs sourced from nearby forests. The balconies are decorated with quartz stones arranged in triangles. The village also contains defensive fortresses built in earlier times for protection and surveillance. Additionally, its ideal agricultural environment enhances its appeal as a prime tourist destination.
