Cultural Visit to King Fahd Complex: The second group of the Guests of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Umrah visited the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran in Madinah, where they toured various sections and learned about the Quran printing process.

Madinah, December 22, 2024 – The second group of the esteemed Guests of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Umrah and Visit had the privilege of visiting the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran today, marking a significant cultural experience during their stay in Madinah. This visit was part of the carefully curated program organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance to provide the Umrah performers with an immersive understanding of the Kingdom's dedication to preserving the Holy Quran.


Comprising 250 male and female Umrah performers from 14 European countries, the group embarked on a comprehensive tour of the King Fahd Complex, the largest and most prestigious facility in the world dedicated to the precise printing and verification of the Holy Quran. The guests explored various sections of the complex, where they observed the meticulous stages of Quran printing and were introduced to the cutting-edge technologies employed in ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in each printed copy.


During their tour, the guests were briefed by officials on the multi-step process involved in the Quran's production, from initial printing to the final review and verification. They also learned about the vital role the complex plays in translating the Quran into various languages, enabling the message of the Holy Quran to reach diverse linguistic communities across the globe. The dedication to preserving the sanctity and integrity of the Holy Quran was highlighted as one of the core missions of the King Fahd Complex.


The visit concluded with a special gesture of appreciation from the complex's officials, who presented each guest with a copy of the Holy Quran, printed and issued by the King Fahd Complex itself. This thoughtful gift serves as a lasting reminder of the guests' meaningful journey to one of the most significant institutions in the Muslim world. Through this cultural program, the Guests of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques gained invaluable insights into the efforts made by Saudi Arabia to safeguard and disseminate the Holy Quran worldwide, underscoring the Kingdom's unwavering commitment to the preservation of Islamic heritage.
