The Interlock Flooring Project at Arafat has been completed by Southeast Asian Pilgrims' Mutawifs Company.



- The Southeast Asian Pilgrims' Mutawifs Company has installed interlock flooring for over 300,000 square meters of pilgrim tent floors in Arafat.


- The project was completed in fifteen days with the collaboration of twenty Saudi engineers and Saudi contracting companies providing over 1,000 technicians.


- The initiative aims to create durable and eco-friendly flooring, improve access to services for pilgrims, and enhance the overall Hajj experience.



SPA—Makkah, June 7, 2024 Mutawif of Pilgrims in Southeast Asia has concluded a project that encompasses the laying of interlock flooring for over 300,000 square meters in pilgrim tents' floors in Arafat.


During the course of fifteen days, twenty Saudi engineers collaborated with Saudi contracting companies to finish the project. These companies offered more than 1,000 technicians.


According to the company, the purpose of the initiative is to create flooring that is both long-lasting and environmentally friendly, to make it simpler for pilgrims to access services, and to enhance the Hajj experience as a whole.
