In 1445 AH, the Religious Attaché at the Kingdom's Embassy in Senegal, on behalf of the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, sponsored the graduation ceremony for the thirty-first group of students from the Islamic Higher Institute. The ceremony took place in the city of Louga. In the presence of Sheikh Dr. Awad bin Sabti Al-Anazi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, and Saad bin Abdullah Al-Nifaie, Saudi Ambassador to Senegal, the ministry honored the students who had demonstrated remarkable academic performance.
