RIYADH, March 28, 2025 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has appointed Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan as an advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the excellent rank. Prince Khalid bin Bandar is currently serving as Saudi ambassador to the United Kingdom.


In a second royal decree issued on Thursday, the King promoted Maj. Gen. Saleh Al-Harbi to the rank of lieutenant general and appointed him as the chief of the Military Apparatus. The King has instructed the Minister of the National Guard to implement this order, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
