The Makkah Route Initiative concluded the travel plans for 322,901 pilgrims from seven different nations.

- The SRCA's Operations Center in the Holy Sites has been receiving ambulance service requests through the "Tawakkalna" application during this year's Hajj season, enabling immediate response to emergencies.
- "Help Me" is an online service launched by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) in collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

In collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, SDAIA, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, SRCA, created electronic platform, named "Help Me".



As part of the program, all of the SRCA clients can ask for emergency treatment via the "Tawakkalna" application, which is part of the national general application in the country.




In the season of Hajj this year, the SRCA's Operations Center in the Holy Sites has been receiving requests for ambulance service via the "Tawakkalna" application, thus facilitating rapid response to emergencies.



"Help Me" launched by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority or the SRCA in cooperation with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority or the SDAIA, this is an e-service. June 16, 2024, In the outskirts of Makkah, Muzdalifah.


 This service enables the beneficiaries of the SRCA to receive prompt responses to their requests for emergency services through the "Tawakkalna" application that is included in "SDAIA", which is the comprehensive national application of the country.


Ever since the start of the Hajj season this year, reports seeking ambulance aid using the "Tawakkalna" application have been arriving at the SRCA's Operations Centre at the Holy Sites. This has let the SRCA's paramedics react right away to any possible emergency.
