The Makkah Route Initiative Has Ended in Turkey

The "Makkah Route" Initiative, part of the Pilgrim Experience Program, has concluded its work in serving pilgrims in Turkey.

The Pilgrim Experience Program's "Makkah Route" Initiative has finished providing services to pilgrims in Turkey.


The program featured special lounges in eleven airports located in seven different countries, offering pilgrims traveling from Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, and Cote d'Ivoire top-notch facilities.


Services offered through the initiative included electronic issuance of Hajj visas, fingerprinting, and verification of health services.



June 13, 2024, Makkah "The "Makkah Route" initiative, one of the projects the Ministry of Interior is working on as part of the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the programs that are part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, concluded its work to serve the pilgrims in the Republic of Turkey after all of the initiative's beneficiaries arrived in the Kingdom to perform the rituals of 1445 AH.


 The program included special lounges in eleven airports located in seven different countries: Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, and Cote d'Ivoire, wherein pilgrims of those countries received first-level services up to their arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


 These services included the reception of pilgrims and the completion of their procedures in their respective countries in an effortless and smooth manner, beginning with the electronic issuance of the Hajj visa, fingerprinting, and verifying the availability of health services.
