The ministry of Hajj and Umrah sets the deadline for contracts for Hajj services on February 14.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah set February 14, 2025, as the deadline for Hajj affairs offices worldwide to finalize their contracts for services related to the 1446 AH Hajj season, with contracts to be completed through the Nusuk Masar platform.

Jeddah, January 20, 2025 – The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that February 14, 2025, will be the final deadline for Hajj affairs offices across the globe to complete their contracts for services related to the upcoming 1446 AH Hajj season. These contracts, which are crucial to the successful management of Hajj pilgrimage services, must be finalized through the designated Nusuk Masar platform, a dedicated system set up to streamline and facilitate the pilgrimage process for international pilgrims.

The Ministry has outlined a precise schedule for the Hajj affairs offices, which includes eight critical phases necessary for the coordination and provision of services to pilgrims. The contracting phase for the 1446 AH season began on October 23, 2024 (20th of Rabi' Al-Thani 1446 AH), marking the start of an organized process to ensure all arrangements are in place well before the pilgrimage.

In order to guarantee the highest standard of service for the millions of pilgrims expected to attend the Hajj, the Ministry has stressed the importance of adhering to the regulations and guidelines set forth by Saudi authorities. This includes detailed requirements for air and ground transportation, as well as health, security, and procedural measures outlined in the Hajj agreement between the Ministry and the respective Hajj offices in participating countries. These regulations are essential for maintaining order, ensuring safety, and providing optimal services to pilgrims throughout their journey.

The Ministry further emphasized that after the February 14 deadline, no additional contracting will be accepted, and the quotas for pilgrims from various countries will be finalized based on the agreements made during the contracting process. Following the completion of the contracting phase, the visa issuance process for pilgrims will commence immediately, ensuring that all logistical aspects are in place for a smooth and organized pilgrimage.

To ensure that all pilgrims comply with the necessary procedures, the Ministry has requested that Hajj offices provide comprehensive guidance to their respective pilgrims. This includes educating them on the importance of following the established Hajj regulations and instructions. Pilgrims are reminded that they must obtain visas and permits through official channels and ensure they possess all required identification documents, such as the Nusuk Card, from the moment of their arrival in the Kingdom.

By implementing these rigorous processes and timelines, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah aims to uphold the integrity of the Hajj experience, ensuring that pilgrims receive the support and services they need while maintaining the safety and well-being of all those involved. The Ministry remains committed to providing an efficient and seamless pilgrimage experience for Muslims from around the world as they gather in the Kingdom for this sacred journey.
