Riyadh, December 30, 2024 – The National eLearning Center (NeLC) has issued the second edition of the National Digital Learning Indicator, an initiative aimed at assessing the state of digital learning in 2024 and tracking the progress of digital learning and training levels across the Kingdom. This key endeavor reflects NeLC’s commitment to ensuring quality control, enhancing efficiency, and improving the reliability of digital learning and training in Saudi Arabia.
The indicator seeks to assess and analyze the current state of digital learning in various sectors. It aims to assist educational and training institutions in aligning with strategic objectives, enhancing the quality of digital learning and training, and promoting the integration of innovative educational practices and solutions. This initiative underscores the importance of driving digital transformation in education, fostering innovation, and aligning efforts with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The National Digital Learning Indicator is built on three primary dimensions: trust, efficiency, and innovation. These dimensions encompass various sub-dimensions addressing critical aspects of digital learning, such as customer satisfaction, spending efficiency, technical integration, the utilization of artificial intelligence, governance, and institutional commitment. By focusing on these areas, the indicator provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating and improving digital learning ecosystems.
Aligned with its mission, NeLC is dedicated to advancing the quality of digital learning across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. The center aims to accelerate digital transformation and develop innovative, sustainable solutions for a brighter future. This commitment positions NeLC as a key enabler in achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals, driving educational progress and technological integration.
The center invites all organizations offering digital learning or training services in the Kingdom to register for the second edition of the indicator. Participation will provide institutions with valuable insights into their performance and opportunities to align with global best practices in digital learning.
