The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques dedicates itself to providing millions of worshippers with a secure and spiritually gratifying experience year-round. Thousands of dedicated personnel rigorously and extensively prepare the Prophet's Mosque for pilgrims' entrance. The authority places a high priority on operational excellence by developing strategies for crowd management during busy seasons and ensuring that access is unobstructed within the mosque. It is open to technological advancements and makes use of cutting-edge gear for automated cleaning and sterilization, as well as real-time monitoring of the number of worshippers. At the core of these activities is the development of a system that would allow Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa to schedule appointments.
