The Religious Affairs Presidency has put in place a program to improve travelers' and Umrah performers' spiritual experiences in Makkah.


The Grand Mosque has 19 distinct sites where qualified experts are stationed to offer Islamic counsel and respond to inquiries concerning the Islamic faith, prayer, and Umrah customs.


Eleven different languages are offered at information desks to help guests with any questions they may have.


"Makkah, August 10, 2024." The Grand Mosque's and the Prophet's Mosque's Religious Affairs Presidency has put in place a program designed to improve the spiritual experience of travelers and Umrah performers. Members of the initiative offer Islamic guidance at the Grand Mosque day and night.At 19 distinct points about the mosque, qualified scholars set up shop to answer inquiries concerning the Islamic faith, prayer, and Umrah customs. These places are the Mas'a, the courtyards, and the entrances. Information desks are accessible in eleven different languages in addition to that.
