Beijing, September 25, 2023, The Saudi Air Connectivity Program (ACP) has joined forces with Hainan Airlines to introduce two new flight routes connecting China and Saudi Arabia, responding to increasing demand for travel between the two countries. This move aims to bolster air travel capacity, enhance tourism, trade, and cultural exchanges. It follows the successful launch of SAUDIA's Riyadh-Beijing and Jeddah-Beijing routes in August 2023 and the existing Jeddah-Guangzhou route. The partnership seeks to promote cultural ties, connectivity, economic growth, and friendship between China and Saudi Arabia as both nations gain global attention. Saudi Arabia, through Vision 2030, is striving to become a major aviation hub and attract over 100 million visitors by 2030, in line with its economic diversification program.
