The Saudi Shura Council Speaker has arrived in Jordan

In a significant diplomatic move, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, the esteemed Speaker of the Saudi Shura Council, made his way to Amman on Friday. This visit marks an official engagement with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, highlighting the growing ties between the two nations.

In a grand reception at the Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, distinguished guest Al Al-Sheikh was warmly welcomed by none other than the esteemed Jordanian Lower House Speaker Ahmed Al-Safadi, accompanied by the esteemed Saudi Ambassador to Jordan, Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi. The reception was further graced by the presence of senior officials from the Chamber of Representatives, adding to the significance of the occasion.

In a statement, Al-Safadi emphasized the significance of Al-Sheikh's visit to Amman, highlighting the longstanding and robust relationship between Jordan and Saudi Arabia. The purpose of the visit, as stated by Al-Safadi, is to strengthen cooperation between the two kingdoms, with a specific focus on enhancing parliamentary ties.
