Three Health Projects in Sudan Have Been Launched by KSrelief


The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has recently launched 3 health projects in Port Sudan, Sudan.


These include such projects as equipping a children's hospital with an oxygen station, giving out dialysis machines to government hospitals, and delivering medical equipment to children's hospitals.


These projects will ensure that people die less and the issue of inadequate medical equipment in the region is addressed.



In Red Sea State's Governorate of Port Sudan. On June 12, 2024, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) officially launched three health initiatives.


 Oxygen supply will be added to alkbyad children hospital among the three projects. It uses an oxygen plant that produces its own supply. Saudi Arabian representative in Sudan Ali bin Hassan Ja'far Bahri Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim Sadiq-Nazi AlMangoush is a member of the Sovereignty Council, and a KSrelief team were among those who attended the event. This will allow the hospital to serve a population of 25,000 individuals. The second initiative will distribute dialysis machines to government hospitals connected to the Sudanese Ministry of Health, eventually assisting 3,960 individuals. The third project will provide medical equipment to children's hospitals that are affiliated with the Patient Support Fund. This project will directly and indirectly impact 200,000 individuals. The goal of this project is to reduce mortality rates and solve the major scarcity of medical equipment that exists in Kasla Hospital and Al-Obeid Hospital. These programs are part of the humanitarian and relief efforts that the Kingdom, through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, gives to individuals and nations all over the world who are in need of assistance.
