Riyadh, February 15, 2025 – The National Security Services Company (SAFE) and “iot squared” have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on advancing secure Internet of Things (IoT) solutions in Saudi Arabia. This strategic partnership leverages the expertise of both companies to drive innovation in information and communications technology (ICT) and national security, reinforcing the Kingdom’s commitment to digital transformation and cybersecurity.
The MoU outlines key areas of cooperation, including the development of new IoT security solutions, cross-selling services, and addressing market gaps by integrating SAFE’s security proficiency with iot squared’s technological capabilities. The agreement also lays the groundwork for future collaborations through co-branded initiatives, scalable services, and the establishment of a master agreement for upcoming projects.As part of their joint efforts, SAFE and iot squared will focus on expanding their presence in the security sector by developing cutting-edge security technology applications.
The partnership will introduce a Security-as-a-Service (SaaS) model tailored for key clients, integrating advanced solutions such as Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS), closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, and unmanned security technologies.This collaboration is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening Saudi Arabia’s secure IoT infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity resilience, and contributing to the growth of the technology and security industries in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.
