Tough Mudder, renowned for its challenging obstacle-course races, is set to make history with the Tough Mudder Infinity Challenge in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The competition, scheduled for February 24, 2023, will feature a staggering total prize pool exceeding SAR 1.8 million—the largest individual prize in the history of obstacle-course racing.
Rami Almoallim, VP of Destination Marketing and Management at the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU), emphasized the event's alignment with AlUla's rich history of man's connection with nature. The eight-hour challenge aims to test contestants' physical and mental endurance on a rugged course set against the backdrop of AlUla's ancient oasis.

Individual winners stand to earn SAR 300,000—the highest in obstacle-course racing history—while teams and four-person squads can compete for prizes of SAR 75,000 and SAR 150,000, respectively.
Participants can register as individuals or teams of two or four, with less challenging 5 km and 10 km races also available. The Tough Mudder Infinity Challenge promises not only a rigorous competition but also a comprehensive experience, offering accommodation, food, transportation, and entertainment for participants.
