Jeddah, March 22, 2025 – Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb visited the Islamic Arts Biennale 2025, held under the theme "And All That Is in Between," at the Western Hajj Terminal of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. The biennale, organized by the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, runs until May 25.

During his visit on Tuesday evening, Al-Khateeb explored the diverse collection of over 500 historical objects and contemporary artworks, which highlight Saudi Arabia’s position as a global cultural hub. He learned about the seven key artistic components of the biennale—Al Bidayah, Al Madar, Al Muqtani, Al Midhallah, Al Mukarramah, Al Munawwarah, and Al Musalla—that blend ancient treasures with modern art.

The minister toured the exhibition halls, designed to offer a unique visual and cultural experience, and viewed a wide range of loaned works, including artifacts and significant Islamic collectibles, as well as pieces from prestigious international museums like the Louvre in Paris and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
