Riyadh, March 22, 2025 – The Ministry of Tourism has introduced a new online service enabling visitors to verify the license status of hotels and serviced apartments in Makkah and Madinah. Available through the ministry’s official website (www.mt.gov.sa), the service aims to uphold quality standards in the hospitality sector and safeguard visitor rights.

This initiative is part of the "Our Guests Come First" campaign, designed to enhance the overall visitor experience and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. By providing a verification tool, the ministry enables travelers to make informed accommodation choices, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

The ministry is also working to expand the reach of this service while reaffirming its commitment to addressing visitor inquiries and feedback regarding hospitality services. Travelers can seek assistance through the Unified Tourism Center at 930 or via the ministry’s official social media channels.
