Training Programs Launched by Rafid Al-Haramain Initiative to Prepare Devoted Workers for the Hajj and Umrah Seasons

"Makkah, May 27, 2024." The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in collaboration with Umm Al-Qura University, launched the Rafid Al-Haramain Initiative today. The program's goal is to enhance the capabilities of servants who provide services to pilgrims. In addition to being a component of the Licensing and Training Center for Workers of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which operates in collaboration with the Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services at Umm Al-Qura University, it offers one hundred thousand possibilities for training.During the Hajj and Umrah seasons, the goal is to provide workers in the public sector, corporate sector, and non-profit sector with the opportunity to acquire essential skills in order to ensure that pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors receive exceptional service. To demonstrate its commitment to the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has implemented four distinct training programs as part of this project.This endeavor is in line with the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program and the Human Capability Development Program, as well as the Vision 2030 of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also provides the opportunity to benefit from a variety of specialized programs and abilities, which enables workers during the Hajj and Umrah seasons to complete their jobs more successfully, depending on the most significant experiences from both the local and foreign communities.
