During the UPU Fourth Extraordinary Congress held in Riyadh, Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser met with many representatives of member states of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Masahiko Metoki, director general of the UPU; Aleksandr Shoitov, deputy minister of digital development, communications, and mass media of the Russian Federation; Ishaq Sidr, minister of telecommunications and information technology for the Palestinian Authority; and Faleh Al-Naemi, chairman of Qatar Post, were among the people he met with. The improvement of postal ties and the promotion of postal linkages on a regional and international scale were the main topics of discussion between the two parties.
