Abu Dhabi, October 28, 2024 — The United Arab Emirates (UAE) issued a strong condemnation today in response to recent military actions targeting the Islamic Republic of Iran, voicing significant concerns over the potential impacts of this escalation on the security and stability of the region. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement released through the Emirates News Agency (WAM), highlighted the urgent need for all parties involved to exercise the utmost restraint to avoid further conflict expansion and maintain regional stability.

The ministry reiterated the UAE’s steadfast commitment to diplomatic principles, emphasizing that constructive dialogue, strict adherence to international law, and respect for national sovereignty are critical pillars for addressing and resolving the current crisis. In line with this stance, the UAE underscored the importance of diplomatic over military responses as a path to peace, urging all sides to pursue dialogue-based solutions to prevent further unrest.
